This is my mom’s sleeve she got a few years ago. Instead of continuing trips to Hawaii each year (economic reasons), she decided to go ahead and go all out on some ink that will remind her of the place she loves the most. It was done by Jim Miner of San Jose

This is my Lotus tattoo - It’s on my left shoulder and is the start of a full back piece that I’m slowly working toward.
The story of how I wound up with this tattoo (and eventually an entire back piece) is kind of cool. I went to go and see my artist to continue on with my rib piece, and he complained that I never give him anything fresh to work on. So I offered up anywhere on my body and said that if he could draw something cool enough, I’d let him ink it on. Long story short - Turns out my tattoo artist specialises in freehand and I am an extremely happy lady. I go back on the 15th of July to start the next section.
